  • Experience
    Three-plus years in medical device, specialty pharma, or an adjacent B2B healthcare sales role.
  • Network
    Existing physician relationships in at least one Solara category. We verify on the application call.
  • Ethics
    Clean compliance history. HIPAA-fluent. PDMA/AdvaMed literacy expected.
  • Posture
    1099-ready. You manage your week, your pipeline, and your tax setup — we give you the tools to do it well.
  • Fit

Solara reps earn on a per-adoption basis across every product in the portfolio they carry. Rates and tier structure vary by category and are calibrated against category economics — not against what the last rep would accept.
