Existing physician relationships in at least one Solara category. We verify on the application call.

Clean compliance history. HIPAA-fluent. PDMA/AdvaMed literacy expected.

Compensation

Per-adoption, portfolio-wide.

Solara reps earn on a per-adoption basis across every product in the portfolio they carry. Tiers and rates are calibrated against category economics and discussed during the application conversation — not posted publicly.
