Using solarahealth.net and its related services constitutes agreement to these placeholder terms. Final terms are drafted by counsel; this stub exists so footer links resolve during design review.
Permitted use of the site
The marketing site is provided for informational purposes for manufacturers, rep-network applicants, and press. Scraping, reverse engineering, and automated ingestion of platform pages without written permission are not permitted.
Accounts & applications
Rep-network applications and partnership inquiries submitted through this site are reviewed by Solara operations. Submission does not create a contract. Operative contracts (rep agreements, manufacturer MSAs) are executed separately and supersede anything on this site.
